getting a quote & booking in
To get a quote, first send us a message on Facebook, Instagram, email or text. Make sure to include your reference photos, size in centimetres and placement, as well as any important info (i.e. if you have a desired artist or specific day needed). We will then get back to you with a quote from one of our artists usually within 24 hours.
Once you have a quote give us a call on 0408 975 777 to find a time and place your deposit. Then you're all booked in!
studio policies
Deposits
We always ask for a deposit to be paid before an appointment is booked in. You can pay this over the phone or in person. They are non-refundable and will come off the cost of your appointment on the day.
Reschedules
We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to change your appointment otherwise your deposit may be forfeit. We are happy to place your deposit on hold.
Some of our artists and clients are immunocompromised so if you are sick we ask you reschedule your appointment.
Before Your Appointment
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to give yourself enough time to check in and complete our consent forms.
Please ensure you have a valid photo ID with you, it is required for all appointments.
Plus 1s (excluding carers) are not allowed for appointments.
Under 18s are not permitted in the studio (this includes in our waiting areas) so please ensure you have organised childcare for your appointment time.
We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18 regardless of parental consent, but are happy to tattoo you on your 18th birthday!
accessibility
For wheelchair users or those with mobility requirements we have ground floor rooms available, just please make sure to mention to us at the time of booking that you require one.
Some of our artists work in a shared space, but if you would prefer a private room we are happy to accomodate.
Please feel free to bring in anything that will make your experience as easy and comfortable as possible - headphones, a book, snacks.
We are a neurodiverse team so understand that being tattooed is not a one size fits all experience so are more than happy to tailor it to fit your needs.
